Been a real long time....

It has been such a long time since I posted anything. My computer messed up...hasn't quite crashed, but it is on the way. We have had it for several years and now the hard drive is starting to make some noise, there is a loud noise that wasn't fixed when a fan was replaced, and it is slow! We bought a new computer several months ago...and it sat unused in the spare bedroom until now. And then I couldn't remember my password. Such is life as you get older!

In less than one month I will be 50! I am so excited...believe it or not!! I can finally be my normal abnormal self and people will just think I'm senile...instead of drunk or high. (Can you tell that my formative years were in the wild 70's???)

I would like to go camping again for my birthday...it would have to be on the coast to be warm enough. Either that or at a low elevation that makes it seem odd to drive a few minutes when I could stay home and warm.

I guess I'll sign off for tonight...I haven't even read todays newspaper yet. Yes, I still subscribe to the print edition. I do read some of the newspapers on-line...especially the local one as it doesn't have much local news!
